RCSWin's Batch mode is initialized from general data input and generates all design calculations per ASME Section VIII Division I and TEMA.

Output can be in English or specific metric units with the option to create a single page or multiple pages to include formulas with imbedded data.

The Batch process also calculates overall dimensions, bundle setup, supports, exchanger weights, volumes, center of gravities, bill of material data and drawings.

The engineer can utilize RCSWin's Menus mode to modify exchanger calculations and geometry for tasks such as re-rate and/or evaluation data as required.

Use RCSWin's comprehensive Interactive Tube Layout program to create 1 thru 12 pass layouts. There are 3 alternate layout formats for each pass arrangement and layouts greater than 12 pass can be created using interactive input.

RCSWin's Interactive Graphical Editor allows the designer to calculate nozzle reinforcements, add, duplicate and delete nozzles as well as change dimensions and generate the effect of the outline drawing.

After a unit has been designed, RCSWin enables the user to create the full range of exchanger fabrication drawings and bill of material in DXF format.
