Complete update instructions, as well as a full summary of program changes and enhancements can be accessed within RCSWin by running Tools -> Administrative -> Edit / Print Updates.
Note: You should back up your current RCSWin directories prior to running updates. Existing MT (material) and DEF (default) files will not be updated.
Note: The updates below are not cumulative. In other words, you must download and install each update prior to installing the next one. If you have a version of RCS that predates the oldest available update on the web and you do not have the older updates available locally, you will need to contact us so we can issue you a new complete install of the RCSWin software.
Note: If you are running a network installation of RCSWin and your working directory resides on a local drive, you will need to download the corresponding RCSWin User Directory update as well.
Note: The RCS software must be closed before you can run the updates. Make sure to close and save any jobs you have open before running the updates.
Update 01.01.10 This download is an installer that will update RCSWin from 01.01.09. In addition, it will add A09 material files to the material directory (\RCSWin\MT\). Click here for a complete list of changes in this update.
Update 01.01.10.User.Directory This update is only needed if you are running a network installation of RCSWin and your working directory resides on a local drive.
